Ashley was amazing as [the Mermaid Princess]! She was so talented and kept all the kids mesmerized the whole time. All the kids had so much fun and didn't want her to leave. The parents were equally as impressed. Definitely will be using again in the future!

This is worth EVERY penny! Not only are the kids super excited to see these amazing characters, they keep them engaged throughout their entire visit. The quality of the costumes are superb and they don't break character- EVER! Not even when speaking with adults! Absolutely no breaks from the magic- these are PROFESSIONALS! The characters keep kids entertained with games, face-painting, singing, and dancing! Amazing. I would hire Crystal Castle again in a heartbeat!!!

Can't say enough good things about this business!! First of all Ashley was great in answering all my questions and coming through as promised with such a PERFECT [Miss Mouse]!
It was my baby's first birthday and she had such a great time as well as all the other kids!! They went CRAZY when they saw [Miss Mouse]!
Brandon was [Miss Mouse's] assistant and he was the sweetest and did such an amazing job handling all the kids and playing games with them. He was so accommodating and even had a little speech prepared with a little gift for our baby girl.
What a great and memorable experience!! Would recommend this company to anyone who wants to impress their little ones and all their guests:)

Such a wonderful magical experience. The owner was super responsive and easy to work with. I first did a FaceTime with a princess and she talked to my girls until they were ready to say goodbye which was great, then we got 2 princesses for my daughter's 4th b-day party ([Island Princess] and [Sleeping Princess]) odd paring one might say but that's what my daughter wanted and they totally made it work! They looked amazing and sang unbelievably well, were super friendly and kind. They worked so well with all the kids and made sure everyone was having a great time boys, girls and even the adults loved it!!! Will definitely book again and again.

BEST PRINCESSES EVER!!! [Mermaid Princess] & [Glass Slipper Princess] were so amazing! We hired Crystal Castle Entertainment for my daughter's 6th birthday party this past weekend. My daughter was so surprised since she had no idea they were coming to her party. She was so excited to see both of her two favorites princesses arriving to celebrate her birthday. They both arrived on time and they were wonderful with all the children. They did face paintings,dancing, games and also sang happy birthday and gave my daughter a gift. They also even took pictures with the kids in the photo booth. My guest and I were so impressed on how amazing work they did. I would definitely book Crystal Castle Entertainment for our next event. I highly recommend them!

Our face painter was early and beyond patient with all the kids. I recommend using numbers to give out to each kid so they don't drive them crazy! Booking them again for Another event.
Ashley is beyond professional, accommodating and excited to work with you to make your child's day perfect!
